Terms and Conditions

We plan your holiday. We ask you to complete the Profile document to give us a good idea of your interests.

When we have agreed the outline for your holiday we will send you a detailed plan which will include a day by day itinerary covering morning, afternoon and evening. When you have fully agreed this we will send you our invoice for payment.

Payment can be made by using a number of different cards:

Payment can be received in US Dollars, Euros and Sterling. If you have to cancel your trip, we will provide the same travel plan for your next visit at no extra cost. All arrangements are of course subject to availability.

When we have received the funds we will send to you the final plan which will include the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for specific hotels/ restaurants/ golf courses/ charter sailing companies/ spa centres/ cooking schools and other activities which are currently available. You can either make the reservations/ bookings yourself or we can send a copy of the travel plan to your travel agent for them to make the bookings as soon as possible.

Confirmation of bookings by you or your travel agent at the locations listed on our travel plan is of course subject to availability at the time of the booking.
